Janelle V. Hampden is the Owner and Executive Director of
JVO Administrative Services, LLC where she and her team work collaboratively with clients to assist in the areas of confidence development, collaborative and creative problem solving, and strategic planning. With special attention to detail, Janelle supports clients in vision defining, performance monitoring and brand awareness. Janelle is a native of the Bronx, New York, and has worked within the non-profit community as an Executive Operations Administrator and advocate for marginalized and stigmatized populations. She received an AA in Evangelism from Valor Christian College with a concentration in Advanced Leadership, a BA in Sociology from Fordham University, and an earned Master of Public Administration degree (MPA) from North Carolina Central University.
Janelle is President of the Executive Board of Directors for The National Alliance on Mental Illness – Durham. As a Mental Health Advocate, Janelle believes that mental health is a journey and is committed to using to her platform to support individuals and families impacted by mental illness and needing an extra layer of encouragement and support in their professional journey.

Emily Hampden is a service-focused nursing professional with over 20 years experience within the medical field. She has worked in a wide variety of settings in various roles including phlebotomy, outpatient, cancer care, mental health and administration. Emily is a Graduate of Charis Bible College under the leadership of Wommack Ministries and is credentialed as a Licensed Minister in the State of North Carolina. With a heart for youth, Emily serves in leadership at her local church as Director of the Youth Ministry fostering the Christian community through building relationships with young people that strengthen their commitment to the church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ. With JVO, Emily works as the Director of Project Management and Administrative Oversight.

Lori Snider is an Administrative Professional with a heart for service and leadership. She graduated cum-laude earning a bachelor of science in Hospitality and Tourism Administration, from North Carolina Central University (NCCU), and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from NCCU. Her MPA ignited a desire to answer questions around healthy minds and relationship development. She has served as a board member of TWIG (Triangle Women in Golf), volunteered with Urban Ministries, Dress for Success and currently volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Durham, and serves as a mentor to four in both professional and personal coaching. With JVO Lori serves as Administrative Partner, consultant and facilitator.
