As we reflect on 2025, we do so with gratitude for every step taken, every connection made, and every life touched along the way. This year marked a foundational season for Dare 2 Believe Ministries, Inc., centered on intentional beginnings and meaningful impact. As we look back, here are a few of the moments that shaped our year:
First Coffee, Cupcakes & Care Kits initiative hosted
100 Essentials On-the-Go Kits assembled and distributed to a local school community
D2B | KFI Scholarship Breaking Barriers Award presented to a first-generation college graduate
$250 scholarship awarded to support immediate academic needs
Launch of our blog to share insight and encouragement
Year closed with a ladies fellowship outing
Highlights of Our Initiatives
One of our most meaningful milestones was hosting our first Coffee, Cupcakes & Care Kits initiative. Through this effort, we assembled and distributed 100 Essentials On-the-Go Kits to support young women and girls within a local school community. Each kit was thoughtfully prepared to meet immediate hygiene needs while preserving dignity through discretion. Our intention is not to serve as the primary provider in this area, but to come alongside as a source of support in moments where access is limited and needs are urgent.
Addressing Hygiene Insecurity
Hygiene insecurity remains a quiet but pressing challenge for many young women and girls. Without access to essential items, some face difficult choices each month. This can lead to missed work or school days, difficulty concentrating, and a loss of confidence during a time when stability and support are especially important. In some cases, it can also impact academic performance and overall well-being, creating barriers that extend beyond the need.
Scholarship Award
In addition to our outreach, we were honored to award our D2B | KFI Scholarship Breaking Barriers Award to a first-generation college graduate. This recognition reflects our commitment to celebrating resilience, perseverance, and determination.
As part of this award, the recipient received a $250 scholarship to assist with immediate needs such as transportation, books, and academic fees. While modest in amount, this support was given with the intention of easing practical burdens that can often go unseen yet deeply impact a student’s journey.
Launching Our Blog
This year also marked the launch of our blog, creating a space to share insight, encouragement, and awareness with our community. It has been a meaningful way to stay connected and provide resources that align with our mission to encourage, equip, and empower young women and girls.
Year-End Fellowship
We closed the year in fellowship through a ladies outing, creating space for connection, reflection, and community in a more personal and meaningful way.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we enter 2026, we will be taking intentional time to seek the Lord for direction on the next steps for Dare 2 Believe Ministries, Inc. While this season may appear quieter outwardly, we will continue to remain active behind the scenes as we build with care, clarity, and purpose.
Stay Connected
We invite you to stay connected with us by joining our mailing list and keeping Dare 2 Believe Ministries, Inc. in your prayers. Your support, in every form, is deeply valued.
We look forward to the journey ahead and all that is to come.
